Falkon Digital director, Sadie, is cutting and donating her hair for wigs for children who are undergoing chemo, the more...
Falkon Digital are sporting beards this month, they may be patchy, ginger and grey, they may be more homeless than hipster, but one thing is for sure, it is for a good cause.
Whilst our Mo’ Bros’ are busy growing facial hair this month for Movember, we are taking on a new challenge, to grow a beard in a month and to support Manchester charity The Mustard Tree.
The Mustard Tree
The Mustard Tree is a Manchester based charity that helps the homeless and Marginalised by giving food, clothing and training in life skills and identifying what is needed to help them get back on track and find employment. The Mustard Tree see’s the individuals not the stigma and help each persons needs, from those who have suffered from the recession, to those in need of mental health support to help them secure employment.

This November, we decided to carry on our fundraising tradition. Every year the men in the office have taken part in Movember, however this year, whilst still supporting our fellow bro’s we wanted to help a charity closer to home.
We still adopted the theme of hair growth but whilst the Movember challenge strictly says no beards, this month the boys will be sporting full facial hair with little grooming.
There are many concerns over this as none of them have ever attempted to grow a beard and we don’t know what they will look like? All clean shaven (including Luke, shaving off his goatee) on the first of November they have put their razors into hibernation for 30 days.
Will the beards be ginger? Will they be grey? will they even be able to grow a full beard or will it be patchy? Who knows?
